Personal Training takes place at my home studio in Perry Hall. You will have access to every piece of equipment that you need to build health and strength. More importantly you will have access to my knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning. I challenge you to find another fitness professional in the area who has the academic credentials, practical experience and strength background as myself. Every personal training client will receive the Functional Movement Screen

Athletics Training is subcontract team training. Strength coach for hire. Bring me in to teach your athletes and sport coaches how to lift properly, design programs and motivate the group.
Coporate Training is group exercise for your office or workplace. Fit employees perform better, call out of work less, deal with stress better and are less likely to be a drain on your insurance premiums. Many companies are now offering wellness benefits to employees for health & fitness measures.
